Our products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, packaging may occasionally vary.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods from us. Orders are accepted when we confirm dispatch by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Pricing errors
Suspected fraudulent activity
Misuse of promotional offers

If payment has already been taken, it will be refunded in full if an order is cancelled by us.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is processed securely at checkout via our authorised payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.

6. Delivery

Delivery timescales shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, adverse weather, customs processes or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Your rights to cancel and return goods are explained in our Delivery, Returns & Cancellation Policy, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of supplements that have been opened, unless they are faulty or damaged.

8. Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)

If you select a subscription option, you authorise recurring payments at the frequency selected at checkout (e.g. 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months).

Subscriptions are managed through our Wix subscription system.

You may pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date via your account area or by contacting us at:

Changes made after a payment has been processed may apply to the following billing cycle.

We reserve the right to cancel a subscription if payment fails or if we suspect misuse of the subscription service.

9. Promotions & Offers

Promotional offers (including multibuy discounts and subscription savings) may be subject to eligibility requirements and may be amended or withdrawn at any time.

Unless stated otherwise:
