Delivery, Returns & Refunds

This policy explains how delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations work when you order from Limitless Supplements Ltd.

1. Delivery Information

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly.

Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier disruption

  • Adverse weather

  • High seasonal demand

  • Incorrect address details

We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will assist.

2. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing via email at:

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

3. Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unopened

  • Products must be unused

  • Products must be in their original packaging

  • The safety seal must remain intact

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of supplements that have been opened, unless they are faulty.

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit when being returned.

Return instructions will be provided once cancellation is confirmed.

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs where applicable

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed once returned goods have been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original delivery costs will be refunded where required by law (for example, if you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period).

6. Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If the order has already been dispatched, it must be returned in accordance with our returns process.

7. Subscription Cancellations (Subscribe & Save)

If you have signed up for a subscription:

  • You may cancel, pause or amend your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

  • Changes can be made via your account area or by contacting us.

If a subscription payment has already been processed, the cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
